Furnished Studio for Rent in Cali

I'm posting this again, since it will become available in the beginning of June. Also I have new pictures:

I'm renting a small studio (17 m2/184 sq ft) in a cul-de-sac in "el Norte" of Cali for us$300 per month, including utilities.

Full details and pictures in:

apartment Hi,
I know this area and also like to stay in el Norte, but, are the dimensions correct 185 sq. ft???
This seems really small.

Small indeed Yes, it is indeed a small studio; I tried to compensate via design and furnishings. Obviously it is intended for one person only. Best is to look at the pictures and details in the link provided.

By the way, as the link shows, I decided to raise the rent to $325 and to include the TV set and basic cleaning which were optional before.
