Furnished Room Medellin 40,000 pesos / night (about $22) Great location! Quiet neighborhood

Furnished room for rent in brand new, 2-bedroom apartment with one other american guy teaching English in Medellin (mid-30s).

40,000 pesos a night including utilities (local tel, gas, electric, water, internet), no extra fees.

3 minute walk to a huge supermarket/department store (Carrefour) on Avenida Las Vegas....near BodyTech health club branch (Maria de Los Angeles).

8 minute walk to gym. 7 minutes to subway (Ayura). 10 min $3 taxi ride to Parque Lleras. 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi to Oviedo Shopping Center.

First floor so few stairs and no elevator. You get a parking spot. Secure building with doorman.

Beautiful neighborhood, lots of trees. No construction nearby! It's quiet 24/7.

Room comes with TV, DVD, wireless internet, bed, computer desk and office chair, big closet, nightstand, lamps, mirror, etc.

Room has great natural light and air as does the rest of the apartment.
Small balcony off living room.

Two week minimum, but one month stay gets preference.

Clothes washer in unit. Living room not furnished yet.
