FURNISHED ROOM 4 RENT LAURELES MEDELLIN

Hi

I have a room that will be coming available on the 1st of October. Beautiful fully furnished apartment in Laureles- Medellin.

The room has a double bed!!

I am Australian, my boyfriend who lives with me is Colombian.
We all speak Spanish and English.

The complex itself is the main attraction, don't waste your money on a gym membership, the complex has a fully equiped gym, it has a semi olympic swimming pool, a sauna, and 2 soccer courts, basketball court, and volleyball court.

TRANSPORT- We are located 2 blocks from calle 35, where you can catch the bus to the centro, EAFIT university UPB university amongst many other places. You can also catch a bus to ESTADIO metro and from there take a train to wherever. I do this every day as I work in Poblado and Envigado and it takes 30minutes.

Things to do in Laureles! Contrary to what the gringo trail says there is alot more to medellin than Parque LLeras..... Our flat is situated very close to calle 33 and la 70 both full of bars and restaurants, equally as charming as parque lleras, and slightly cheaper.

PRICE- we are asking 580 000 pesos per month which in Dollars is around $315-320 . This price includes.... all utilities
internet ( we have wifi) or you can use our computers
access to gym, pool etc for free

EXTRA COSTS- optional. We have someone come in once a week to clean the house and do our washing and ironing, It is usually 10 000 per person once a week. Your choice if you would like this or not.

Laureles is great!! Nothing wrong with a bit of Parque Lleras from time to time, but Laureles has so much to offer!
