Yeah, I'm not down with this "quote" business. No reason to "quote" prices, they should be the same to just about anyone.

If your prices are truly competitive, then advertising with the prices will bring you business. If you don't advertise prices, people assume otherwise. Pretty much a no-brainer, IMO.

The truth is that i probably rent more furnished apartments to foreigners than anyone in Cali.My feeback rating is like 99%.If you cant afford the rates iam willing to negotiate.Or you can always stay at a Hotel.
