Furnished apartment available to rent (Medellin, 3-4 months)

Gorgeous apartment to rent in Medellin, furnished. Available from next week until sometime in November.

This is located in one of the nicest apartment communities I've seen in Medellin. Located on the west side of Medellin near Laureles.

The apartment common areas feature:
- large landscaped gardens w/ lake
- two swimming pools (one regular pool with lounge area, one kids pool)
- well stocked gym
- turco
- own mini-market that delivers to your door
- beach volleyball area
- other games areas (football, basketball, pool table...)
- very tranquil setting, lush and green, surrounded by a nature reserve. quiet.

The apartment itself is top floor (2 bedroom, 75 sqm) with a balcony and great views over the city. It has nice furniture throughout.

It has an open plan home office area that joins onto the living rooms. The internet service is 2meg over cable, rock solid for voice calls etc.

This place may suit you if you are:
- a professional / executive in Medellin for a few months, who is looking for a beautiful and comfortable home / office setup. Or maybe just a beautiful, relaxing home environment for a long vacation.
- you don't have any particular fondness for El Poblado or desire to be within stumbling distance of Oviedo mall. You prefer the more old fashioned qualities of Medellin with happy neighbours, walkable streets and no traffic noise.
- you want to rent month to month with low commitment while you visit or get settled in Medellin, in a place that's ready immediately. No co-signers or Colombian agencies involved.

Shorter term rentals not considered. I am only able to rent to one person / couple / small family for the entire duration until November.

Looking for the right person to hand the keys to, who will look after the place while I'm absent for a few months. Price 1.4 million plus utilites (utilities will be about 300k).
