A little too Late!... How do you expect to get something done the day before someone's arrival and get a positive response? I'm sorry but, I really have to question your management skills now. Actually, I'm not sorry; I just question your management abilities.

Here's Why:
1. I contacted you and you said that you had an apartment for me. At that point, I settled on your service. I turned down 2 more apartments after we agreed on the price and, the main concern, TIME!!!
2.You then tell me that(the day the depsosit was going to be made), that the apartment suddenly was not available on the dates that I needed. My suspicion is that you rented it to someone else for more money(I know it was busy there that weekend). According to my friend who was going to make the deposit, you would not even return her phone calls the day that she was to bring you the money.
3.You tell me that I should not worry, that you would email me the next day because you had a friend that was going to get you an apartment for me. The next day/s and weeks came and went and never heard a word from you!
4.Now, on the 29th of Jan, I stumble on to a post that you placed the day before I was scheduled to depart stating that you have an apartment for me. "Hi i got an apartment available by this time...Thanks." ? You never even emailed me and please don't say you lost my address. You can PM me from this site. Thanks? For what? Tatiana, this is international travel. It's not like I was looking for an apartment for my in-laws because I am tired of them being in my house!

Don't worry, I found a place and had to pay out the ass for it because it was at the last minute. I have you to thank for that! I know you could care less but, I would recommend that you run a little tighter organization if you want to be successful. Also, don't worry, I will be posting a whole new thread stating all of the facts that I stated above. I just wanted to give you an opportunity to realize how impressed I am by your services before I shared my experience with other unsuspecting travelers that may be considering using you.

I want to apoligize to have given you a hard time People book an apartment and sometimes they can not take it; why? there are many reasons. But I understand that.
In this case We did not close a deal; so I could rent the apartment out. You friend took some time to make a deposit, I could not hold it in that week waiting for her. You did not write me back so I assumed you had gotten another place.
I try to do my best, but sometimes I cann't; i want to apoligize to have given you a hard time.

Anyway whatever I say it's not going to help you. And of course you have the right to share your experience.
