I am an American and I have a furnished apartment for rent in Cali. It is really well located in the south of the city and it is just two blocks away from Palmetto Mall (restaurants, movies, shops, supermarket etc.etc..) on 9th and 42th (novena sur). It is not way south, which makes it easy to move around the city. The north is only a 9 minutes away. The builinding has 24 hour security with an internal communication system to inform you of any visitors. The apartment has one parking lot if you need it. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen - refrigerator, washing machine, balcony, living and dining area. It is well equiped and has all of the things that you need. We can rent per day, week or month. Daily rate goes for $ 35 USD per night, weekly rate $210 USD, and monthly rate $ 750 USD. The monthly rate includes cleaning service once a week.
