Anyone know where I can find info on how to start a business importing goods to Colombia? I'm thinking of exporting cars from the US to Colombia.Thanks!

gimmedub says on Jul 31, 2008, 11:08: I thought so at first as well but then I saw what happened in Trinidad when they removed the tarriff's and laxed restrictions - roads are now FULL - there's 2 hours traffic to traverse 30km's... pollution, and poor driving conditions because everyone and their brother can buy a foreign second hand car...

gimmedub says on Jul 31, 2008, 19:40: don't think the canadian FTA covers vehicles unless it's meant for farming (maybe pickups fall under that category)... as far as importing cars go - you can bring new ones in... just pay 35% on the value of the vehicle :)
