Hey everyone,
I read some posts concerning cellular providers in Colombia that allow free incoming calls. Which providers are these, and are the plans prepaid? Any help would be appreciated. ;-)

The first thing to go is the Caller ID, then you have like a month before your service is cut. I always just wait until the Caller ID stops working then put another 10.000 card on the phone. It's not worth it to make calls using the prepaid. I only have it so I can receive calls and I make calls from the street. A 10.000 Comcel card gives 9 minutes to non comcel phones and 14 minutes to other comcel. But it's still cheaper than paying for a plan in which I'm never going to use the minutes.
