Gaira is adjacent to Rodadero. It is behind and to the south. Since Sherton will build somewhere there, I suspect that Gaira must also extend out to the ocean immediately to the south of Rodadero.

Gaira is a "very rich" barrio inhabited by nice and honest and famous individuals, like El Duende and his family.

At the outskirts of Gaira, there are fancy condominium like Villas del Palmar or Torre Laguna.

Anyway, there are big plans for the area of Gaira, like making the Troncal a touristic way (no trucks) and blow out the cerro there... unfortunately not with the people in.
We'll see but... hey that is the coast.

For now, they just chopped down the palm trees at El Rodadero, because of too many drunk and homeless pissing there... fucking geniuses indeed!
