Forming a company in Bogota - Work Permits

Hi,

I was wondering wat the quickest and simplest way is to form a company in Colombia.

Is it possible to by a pre-registerd shelf company as in some other countries?

If so where can you go about doing this?

The other thing is has anyone got any experience in getting a work permit in Colombia. I am taking a South African company to Colombia but in order to pay myself I need a work permit - does this take a long time?

Any help would be appreciated.
