For Sale: Rental-related services in Cali

Message for men looking for apartments in the Cali area:

I'm offering services intermediating between owners of apartments, managers of apartahotels, hostals, hotels AND foreigners that don't speak Spanish but wish to receive local market prices.

In a few instances, after I've researched accomodations, made phone calls, and visited properties, the client has one final request: Girls.

As a reminder, I am not operating a match-making agency and I cannot supply men with party girls. Thank you.

1. By the moment, Cali. Looking for connections to other cities, so, the prospect guest could travel for different areas of Colombia

2. Not yet. I'm builing my own. I do need a web site, I know.

3. rooms into families residence 10-25;small studios or rooms cheap ones from 22.5 to 26.5; two bedroom apartments with more amenities 26 to 45; big houses, fincas, villas 50 to 150, special request, depends of availability.

I would like to listen what you, travelers, look in Cali about rentals, what else to offer.

adela..you might want to specify.. the price in peso or dollars, you might want to just post it in pesos, because that´s what would be used to pay anyway. If you don´t have a website yet, i recommend having somesort of marketing writeup, example flyer for each properties with details, fotos, and pricing. You can email that to people who respond to you. You're right Caslug. I always offer prices in both pesos and USD and my rate change of 1 USD=2,200 COP.
