Yes,the unit is still available.But not for long.Most likely it will be rented by the end of the week.This is a big 3br.apartment in excellent condition in a nice,secure building with 24hr armed security and indoor parking garage..There was an American previously living in this apartment but he had to return to the U.S.The residents living in this building are almost all Colombian executives. Barrio Versalles(estrato 5) is one of the most desireable Barrios in the North of Cali.Within walking distance to Resturants,Cafes,Night clubs,Gym,Supermarket and only a couple minutes away from Chipichape Mall.No,i do not have pics.If you are here in Cali contact me and i will gladly show you the place.
