Hello,
My husbands mother rents a room in her house it has its own bathroom and is all brand new as the whole house has just been renovated. Ita also has a sun-room ajoining. The room has a queen sized bed and wardrobe area.
The house is in a sercure little enclosed housing estate with patroling security and a gate.
The family are my mother inlaw, her partner and their adopted son who is 13 years old. It will take about 15-20 mins to get to areas of interest by bus, like centro, la candeleria and zona rosa ect.
The family is delightful and breakfast is included in the price.
The price is 45,000pesos per night that about $22 usd a night for one person. If its a couple the price is 55,000 pesos. Great for a place to crash if you need the american embassy too, thats the type of people who usually stay there at the moment.
P.M if your interested and Ill give you the contact details.
cheers
