For Rent: Rooms in Cali B&B

I rent rooms in my luxury Cali Condo.Included is breakfast,laundry,cable internet connection with use of computers,free phone calls including to the US and Canada.
Rooms with double bed and bath $40 per night,$25 a night 30days or longer.
Room with twin bed and bath,$25 a night,$15 a night 30 days and longer.
The condo is in Juanambu,a strata 6 barrio close to Avenida Sexta.

I've had several good verbal references about Pete's place Anyone going to Cali and needing a room, I've had several good verbal references about Pete's place from guys staying here in Bogota that have used his place in Cali. Everyone says it's a VERY good deal if your looking for a room.

Great apartment! I am currently staying at Pete's and I got to say that it is an awesome pad. My room is great. The maid comes by every morning and cooks breakfast, offers to do laundry or clean my room, and the Internet has been great. I actually have my VOIP phone with me and my laptop and can work from here.
Pete has been super helpful and he's a pretty laid back guy.
We've had some girls in the jacuzzi during a couple nights. I hike up to Three Crosses some mornings for exercise [there are some military guys protecting the trail from bandits]. There is a community pool in the building which is nice and never too many people. It is close to Avenida Sexta and short taxi rides elsewhere.
If I didn't want to get to other towns, I'd definitely stay. I suspect I won't find as comfortable a setup as this has been.
