For Rent: Room in NYC area for travelers

Hi, I have a room that I can rent to a traveler who needs a place to stay in New York, for days or weeks.
It's a very quiet area, 15 minutes from Manhattan and 10 minutes from La Guardia Airport and 30 Minutes from JFK.
Near to a train station.
