For Rent: Room in Laureles (Medellin)

We have a room for rent in Laureles (Medellin, Colombia)which includes a closet and full bath. Our 4-bedroom home is on the third floor of a three story condo. The rent for one of our bedrooms is 350,000 pesos per month plus 1/3 the cost of utilities (which is not expensive). Internet service, meals and laundry, if desired, will be discussed.
