Don't be shy Post your phone number, email address, street address, what services you offer and what you are charging.

For those of you not familiar with Cali, Unicentro is in the South.

To creamontop
the south Cali is the safest place I know here. Well, also the West Cali.

Màs fe, màs abrazos, màs besos, màs disculpas, màs visitas a nuestros amigos antiguos nos haràn màs plenos cada vez.

yes but how much? It is fine to say you have something to rent, but to not say for how much reeks of your typical rip off the gringo mentality. How much per month?

no need to ask a normal information this way duncanmack I think and believe in the honesty of a local expat. I am interested to rent your place (eventually) Dagui. To rent for a period in february 2006. There will be 2 couples in the house. We are Europeans but we know the local prices ;-). so I would be glad to help you out making some money on your investment as long as it is rentable for a descent and honest price. Also I want to know if there is no inconvenience somebody will come to the place to check it out, before we close the deal.

Once we do get an agreement : you will receive payment of 50 % of the total amount in advance (the other 50 % on day of arrival and receipt of the keys to the rental place). Therefore we want a dully singned and legalized rental contract. Which should be send to me.(the original document)

Thanks in advance for your information.

ps if you want any deposit (for damage covery) let me know and how much.
