Because you are white or from another part of the world, there is no need to pay more as anybody else. Knowing you are only there during the night to sleep, consider yourself being treated with respect and pay no more as needed (I would recommend to fix yourself to a rate of maximum around 25.000 Pesos per night). So for 1 Mill pesos you can rent a complete house with swimmingpool and maid to cook for you in Cali. No need to pay more for less infrastructure. Be a tourist but not a milkcow. Be a buisinessman, but not a raper !!
