For Rent: Cali B&B

Very upscale B&B in Cali. Located in Juanambu which is one of the nicest barrios in Cali. The building has 24 hour armed security. Situated on a hill, I have a great view of Cali. Each room has free cable tv, free high speed internet connection, private bath with hot water.

Free maid service. Free laundry. Free calls to the US and Canada. Free breakfast.

I am 3 blocks from the popular bar, Casa de Cerveza. About 6 blocks to Avenida Sexta. Walking distance to many fine restaurants and shops. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

Rooms cost $40 a nite for stays of less than a month. Long term rates available.

Hotels in Cali Anyone traveling to Cali should check out Cali Plaza; (Some information here copied from Cali Plaza website: www.CaliPlaza.com. Cali Plaza is an Apartment/Condominium building with Rental Suites. It is American Owned and one of the most convenient locations in Cali:
Over 50 Restaurants, Bars, and Discotecs within walking distance. 3 ATM’s within 1/2 block. Travel Agencies, Grocery and Convenience Stores, and Laundries nearby. Almost everything you need within walking distance. Cali Plaza is ideally located in the middle of the Tourist and Entertainment District of Sixth Avenue in Cali, ...also located a few blocks from Downtown and Business District. (Check out their photo section at CaliPlaza.com and you can view the rooms and see the convenience of their location.) The website is in English.

Most everyone visiting Cali, visits Sixth Avenue; ... Staying in the middle of this area is convenient, plus saves time and money spent on transportation.

Cali Plaza Administrator and Owner both speak English, therefore many Americans hang out there. ... For any of you wanting marriage visas or information, Gonzalo Services is also located in Cali Plaza. They do more visas in Cali, than anyone else.

rental prices in Cali Rental prices in Cali on a monthly base should be no more as 1.000.000 Pesos. Over this rate you are abusing the logic and wasting the total income of a local person for 100 %. Because you are white or from another part of the world, there is no need to pay more as anybody else. Knowing you are only there during the night to sleep, consider yourself being treated with respect and pay no more as needed (I would recommend to fix yourself to a rate of maximum around 25.000 Pesos per night). So for 1 Mill pesos you can rent a complete house with swimmingpool and maid to cook for you in Cali. No need to pay more for less infrastructure. Be a tourist but not a milkcow. Be a buisinessman, but not a raper !!
