For Rent: Bed & Breakfast in Medellin

We have two great Bed and Breakfast rooms in a wonderful portion of Medellin. Our home is located on the top floor of our 3-story family-owned building, in a quiet part of Laureles, a friendly residential area. The rooms are big, have a double bed, dresser, etc. We have a great location, near to bus stops, taxi calls, etc., and near to Metro locations. The rent is US$250. per month, and includes utilities. Write back for more info. Jack

Room for rent in Medellin Hi everyone,

As an alternative to the cheap and nasty hotels in the center and the numerous hostels which offer good but crowded accommodation, I have a luxury 3-bedroom apartment in El Poblado, close to the Zona Rosa and public transport. It is also easy walking distance to a large supermarket and one of the best shopping centers in Medellin. It is fully furnished, has free internet, cable TV and one of the best views in Medellin. As residents, myself and my flat mate can give excellent advice one where to go and what to do. The apartment complex also contains a pool, squash court, gym and 24 security.

As guests, you will be sharing the apartment with myself, Andrew an Australian who has been traveling in South America for over two years and has settled here in Medellin for over a year now, and Jim, an American who has been here for 9 months and spent the previous 6 months travelling down through Central America so between us we can answer almost any question you might have about Medellin and the rest of Latin America.

I can accommodate a single traveler or a couple for one day or for several months. If you would like to make inquiries, please email me at a_campion at yahoo.com or telephone ahead on 321 2837. The cost of renting the room in the apartment is $25US ($60,000 pesos approx.) per day for one person or $40US ($95,000 pesos approx.) for a couple.

For more information, check out my new site: http://www.theapartmentmedellin.com
Hopefully see you soon,
Andrew
