Mariangela says on Nov 24, 2004, 21:24: Beautiful roses Go to http://www.rosasdc.com. It is the site of "Rosas del Chico" in Bogota. Yo can order online. The service is EXCELLENT. You can choose from different types of arrangements, specify the day and time of delivery and write your own message to be included with the flowers. You can pay with your credit card using PayPal. They will send you an email when the flowers are delivered. I have used them twice to send flowers to my parents. The roses are beautiful and they have always been on time. berkley1967 says on Nov 25, 2004, 08:27: FLOWERS Thanks for the web site. I took a look at it today. The prices wasn't that bad. But my girl friend said that it was a rip off concerning the price. She said a dozen roses shouldn't cost you no more than $2-$3 . Is that true? Are they just try to take advantage of us americans or is the price reasonable? What does the average columbian pays for a dozen roses? That is my question.

Mr. Hollywood says on Nov 25, 2004, 08:46: Flowers in CO are cheap Roses at a flower market in Colombia are cheap, like the $3 to $4 your friend cites. But you're paying for the service of ordering online and having things delivered.

Mariangela says on Nov 25, 2004, 08:57: I think it's worth it Like I said, the roses are top quality, the bouquets are beautiful and the service is excellent. The convenience of being able to order online and the assurance of a timely delivery are worth the price. Getting the roses in Bogotá is much cheaper, but like Mr. Hollywood said, you are not there. DannyRui says on Nov 25, 2004, 11:40: Any other sites? ...Medellin? Thanks Santibog, I checked adrianasatizabal.com but all I get is a blank website. I ran a search on the name and it led me Terra.com where the designer has other products as well. Only 4, actually but we're getting closer. Some of the prices of the american websites are ridiculous. There's gotta be another website for local delivery in Medellin.

utopiacowboy says on Nov 25, 2004, 15:30: I used to use flowerstocolombia.com to send my wife flowers in Medellin. They always came through when they promised with lovely flowers. Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult. 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

santiBOG says on Nov 26, 2004, 15:32: Adriana Satizabal DannyRui... I think the Web site adrianasatizabal.com only works with Internet Explorer. Another option is latiendadelasrosas.com.
