Hi,
Would it be possible to visit one of the flower plantations that produce roses and other flowers for export? I read that most of them are located in the plains outside Bogota.
thanks

colombiabuzz says on Aug 2, 2005, 11:31: Flower growers I do have connections in the flower business, they have some very good ones outside Bogota, an hour or so outside the city. If anyone is interested in checking something out, I will be happy to arrange a tour.

She said that to research her role for the film she went and worked in a Colombian flower plantation. She commented on the pesticides burning her hands and that with people who had worked in there a long time it was as if there skin was melting.
