Flights and places to rent in Cartagena

Hello all

I am coming to Cartagena in July. I would like to know if anyone knows of any good websites I can check for cheap flights within South America? Also does anyone know of websites where I can look at rooms or apartments for rent? I will be flying from Buenos Aires...

Thanks to all in advance!
