Once in Bogota does any one know what the cheapest way to fly to these cities is? How much should i expect to pay?

Thanks

Check www.aerorepublica.com.co they are launching a flight from BOG to CCS and have relatively cheap introduction fares. Otherwise www.avianca.com.co would be your other option. There might be mor eoptions though.
