Fire sale in Bogota

If anyone wants to take over my lease (furnished) or buy my furniture then let me know.

My lease is over at the end of August but you can take over and sign a new lease for the same price if you act quickly. I have one of the best rents in Chico as the girl who had the lease before me was here for 5 years and it's been under rent control. I have a one bedroom with a washing machine, bed, couch (futon), refrig, and ready to go.

I took over the lease and bought the things in the apartment for about half of what she paid for them new. I will sell it for half of what she sold it to me for so it is a really good deal.

The rent is 650K per month including adminstration (normally it's 1KK for this area.

Close (walking distance) to the transmillano and Parque 93.

I have hand-made and beautiful Colombia furniture (shelves, hall table, coffee table).

Let me know if your interested. I got a job in Medellin and moving in 2 weeks. What I do not sell the furniture then I'll take it with me to Medellin but I would rather take less because my new work is paying for a furnished apt.
