Finding an apartment or hotel in Cali with broadband internet

I was wondering if there were any hotels or apartments in Cali that had a broadband internet connection in the room. A dial-up might work, in a pinch, but I'd be willing to spring the extra coin for a broadband connection if one was available.

I'd like to spend 4-6 weeks in Cali this coming July (2005). If I can find a place with broadband internet access, I will be able to work while I'm down there and maybe be able to stay longer. I'll be going down there in February so I'd like to get some contacts between now and then so I can check them out in person while I'm down there in Feb.
