Fiebre Amarilla.

Fiebre Amarilla. Im going on Vac to the Colombian Coast, and a friend mentioned to me that i should be vaccinated before i travel. Is this something i should worry about? Anyone from B/quilla or Cartagena knows about his Yellow Fever? Should i take this serious or not.

Yes, it's serious I imagine you´re going up to the Carribbean coast, Cartegena, Santa Mart etc. There´s been quite a few cases up there, so it´s definitely not a bad idea to get vaccinate before you come.

No need for you to be vaccinated unless you're heading into the jungle North of Cartagena.

The places where Yellow Fever has broken out are closed to visitors in any case.
