Hello Everyone,
I have a couple of questions that are just killing me and i hope to find some suggestions or insights in this wonderful forum.
I have my fiancee living in Colombia,
She is trying to get her tourist visa so she can come to the u.s and visit me, but its very unlikely that she will get it. I know how strict they are in giving the tourist visa.
The only reason why we have not gotten married yet, is because she is going to finish her Derecho Degree in La Javeriana, she has 2 yrs and 4 months (6 semesters) remaining.
NOW here's my question,,,,
If i marry her in Colombia, and submit the paperwork here in the U.S to bring her back here, after it's approved, does she travel whenever she want or does the embassy pick a specific date? AND
Can she return to Colombia after visitin me.
What i am trying to get at is if they deny her the Tourist visa, can we get married and can she fly back and forth until she graduates?
What are my options, what can i do?
Thank you everyone,
Miguel
