Fiance Visa, Translate documents?

Can someone tell me if for my fiance' interview, she has to have her birth certificate and the other documents required translated into English?

Any document that she has to take with her to the embassy can be in either English or Spanish.

Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult.
