Fiance pregnant

Hello everyone,
My fiancee is 6 months pregnant an we have an interview at the US embassy (K1 application)this month, somebody told us that the chances to get her a visa are very slim because she is pregnant, is that true?

My guess is... chances for a fiancee visa: good (assuming everything is in order)
chances for a tourist visa: nil

but I'm just some random voice on the internet and don't know Jack (nor Jose, for that matter).

Mine was on her 7th month when we went for ours...on June 13th, and I don't think they even noticed, nor did they care.

One detail though; ask her doctor for a piece of paper certifing she's fit to travel. Avianca did ask us for it, and w/out it would have been a no-go.
