Fiance Needs a Pet!

Hi everyone, new member here, first post.
My fiance who lives in North Bogota is looking for a nice kitty cat that someone might be needing to get rid of.
She has a very sweet Beagle that is good to go, unfortunately, because it is being neglected just a bit by her kids who are at the age where dog walking isn't fun.
