Ferry from Cartagena to Colon Panama

No ferry. Sailboats have gone up a lot in price lately. Many skippers are asking $350 USD now.

If budget is an issue then consider traveling up the coast. It's not a big deal anymore. Do a search, there have been several recent threads discussing it.
