Felipe Zuleta cierra su blog por amenazas

Viernes, Enero 11th, 2008

Cassini can you please tell us why hardly anybody still votes Communist or Socialist in France?

Remember when the extreme right came in the front of the Socialist party in a recent Presidential election?

Why have so many leading French Socialist party members left the French Socialist party to join the right wing party currently in power?

Maybe it’s because nobody cares anymore about your left wing failed ideology and propaganda.

Bravo, Presidente Uribe for the perfect operation!

I was referring to the 2002 elections when the French Socialist party came third behind the extreme-right, with only 16.18% of the votes:

As for the threats, it is very common for bloggers to threaten each others, especially when the subject is politics, and this from every political side. Even you wished the death of a PBH member no longer then last weekend…

Bravo, Presidente Uribe for the perfect operation!

By the way, why should I answer your questions when you refuse to answer mine? When the hypocrisy stops, maybe I will take time to answer your questions:

There are a lot of Americans that are against the present foreign policy of the USA, and they have made many protests. None have been killed by the US government, what is wrong with France?

By the way, why do you never answer my questions?

What is worse, threatening a guy so he has to shut down his "blog", or KIDNAPPING like your idols in the FARC?

threatening. kidnapping or killing is not fair game coming from anyone or any group.

Cassini why don’t you do something useful for once, and fight for the freedom of the press in France? To have almost all the media controlled by your President is not very democratic, is it?

Bravo, Presidente Uribe for the perfect operation!

Cassini says "No comment to this post.
I am sure that there would be lots if the threats came from leftist people.
An additional proof of the blindness and selective indignation of some PBHers."

No, actually some of us did'nt see it since you posted it in the "Español" section rather than "War & Politics".

Zuleta says he's being threatened? By whom? Are these real threats? Or the same kind some bloggers such as yourself (as you did this weekend) spew?

People are sending Zuleta insults and hate mail? Well you reap what you sow. There's plenty of anti-Uribe journalists but none, absolutely NONE as blinded with hatred towards Uribe as this piece of work. Even other anti uribists have pointed out that Zuleta can't even remain objective anymore. He repeatedly refers to la Casa de Nariño as la Casa de Narquiño.
He repeatedly refers to one of Uribe's ministers not by his name but as "el primo de Pablo".
Felipe Zuleta claims that Uribe and his cabinet are part of the Medellin Cartel and accuses him of all sorts of crimes.

However, Zuleta had no problem defending his good buddy ex president Ernesto Samper when it was proven that the Cali cartel financed his campaign. Or when Ingrid Betancourt denounced Samper claiming that he was trying to assasinate her. Where was Zuleta's righteous indignation then???

Perhaps for Zuleta if there's a possible link with Medellin cartel= bad and a possible link with the Cali cartel= good.

Zuleta has even gone so far as to try and out one of Uribe's sons. The president's children are private citizens and NOT elected officials. Their private life is their own damn business and not for some bitter, frustrated, resentful and hypocritical columnist to use as a tool to satiate his hatred of the president. Zuleta is the lowest of the low.

I think our comrade cassini is suggesting, in his convoluted manner, that Colombia should adopt the philosophy of the French, with regard to terror alert levels -

1. Run
2. Hide
3. Surrender
4. Collaborate

Apparently, he forgot to forward a copy to Uribe.

Marxism is moral and political poison. So I don't get on too well wiith Cassini.

But I don't think he should be ragged on because he's French.

In the War, some French collaborated, a handful resisted and most just tried to get on with their lives. In short, they acted the way any other nation on earth would have responded if: a) They were overrun by the Nazis b) lived under the kind of regime implemented by same in France
