Fair price hotels in Medellin.

I'm going to Medelin tomorrow. Last time I was there I lived in a pretty cheap place for about 8 USD, but was in central Medellin in a horribel brothel area. Can someone please recommend me one other nice hotel in the 15-25 USD range, away from that horrible area. In Southern Medellin or in one other relative pleasant area. Thanks in advance.
