Do you still need to get this form filled at the arrival in Colombia for stays that are shorter than....was it 60 days? Last time I was at Eldorado I didn't se the booth; I didn't need it either since I was staying longer, but I wonder if it's still done upon arrival or can the exempcion be filed when you leave the country as well?
Thanks,
Desi

Because I always stay than 90 days i never have to pay anything.
