well, santa fé is the largest city i've lived in so perhaps its just part of city culture.....
have you noticed that within bogota, anything is available for delivery... anything. from having a washing machine delivered to your house for an hours use, to 24 hour hardware deliveries, (just incase you cant find that screw at 3 am.)
I cant think of one thing that isn't available for delivery.....
