basically, she thought she was divorced since husband and lawyer lied and said seperation papers were divorce papers. now he wont sign divorce papers so i cant get her to usa so need help to find out how she can get divorce without signature.

He's from Cali but has been away for so many years (besides visits) we don't know what being married there will entail. I've read here in the posts that some people have done that. One that won't scam us for money they think we are rich. Someone we can mas o menos trust.
