La capital de país una ciudad con siete millones de habitantes, sólo tiene diez baños publicos.
Además, muy pocas personas prestan el de su casa o local a un desconocido.

Ialways take a small hand sanitizer spray ,a small pack of Kleenex and these little paks of Hand Towelettes with me. If I had a dime for everytime there was no soap, paper towels and or toilet paper in the Col Restrooms I used I would be a Millionaire. People don't seem to be that shy about peeing in public. Since everywhere you go you have to pay for a restroom. Even at exito. If you're a customer at a restaurant or bar then you don't have to pay.

Maybe that's why it stinks so bad in certain spots when walking down the sidewalk? Some spots are just completely disgusting.
