Elmodefoque, sonamanbiche, what does it mean?

Oldgringo, my main man, in my mid 20’s hanging out all over NYC, I was shuffling 6 different relationships, well, let me stop being so diplomatic, I was banging 6 different broads. I was quite good at making women laugh enough to then pull down their panties. I had no job, I was not going to school but I had plenty of money to get high and drunk all day long. One of these girls was a super fine Newyorican (NYC born Puerto Rican) from the Lower East Side in the Village called Jenny. When I said fine I mean, what an ass, oh my god , what a beautiful, lovely ass she had. Anyway, her very Puerto Rican, with heavy accent mother hated my disgusting , drug consuming , unemployed ass. One day as I was picking up Jenny, by then she was really fed up with me coming around to pick her daughter get her high and drunk to ram her chiquito and then drop her off the next day, that she just exploded on me. She told Jenny, right in from me “no quiero que salgas con ese MODEFOQUE, SONAMANBICHE�? with a dumb confused face I looked at Jenny and said “what? what did she just called me?�? Jenny, replied “she just called you a MOTHER FUCKER, SON OF A BITCH! But with a real thick accent�?. Man, I could not stop laughing. So, the next time I called Jenny and her mother answer, “Who is it?�? I would say, “tell Jenny is el modefoque, sonamanbiche and I need… never go to finish my sentence, all I heard was phone slammed.
