elegant apartment to share with vacationing foreigners 50 bucks per day

As of March 15th or so, I will have available a 2500 square foot Penthouse apartment to share with Americans and or other vacationing guys from around the globe.
I am asking fifty dollars per night which will include maid service and daily breakfast. There are five bedrooms in total and each has it's own private bath. There will be internet and cable, and a Vonage phone to make free calls to the U.S. The price can be negotiable depending on the length of stay.
The apartment is located in an upscale and quiet part of the city known as Laureles. Laureles is what we know as laurels as in the type of tree that is everywhere in this part of the city. Everything that you would need is within walking distance of the apartment including various restaurants with a variety of choices in the type of cuisine desired.
It is an upscale part of the city and it is a neighborhood type of an area where you can immerse yourself in the colombian culture should you so desire. Also, Laureles is very centralized, so taxi travel will usually be a little less due to the fact that you are already in the center of the city of Medellin.
Please don't fall for the hype of Poblado because everything is so much more expensive there and very commercial and very much like the U.S. where there girls walking on the street will barely even glance at you let alone strike up a conversation. Here in Laureles, you CAN bring your dates back to the apartment with no problem whatsoever. Speaking of dates; because of where this location is it lends itself well to being able to strike up a conversation with just about anyone in this community due to the fact that it is more of a close knit type of area where people are not to busy to stop and talk.
Also, we can show you where to go for your dates or even introduce you to the types of girls that you would like to meet. In addition to all of that, i can help you get situated really quickly with a cell phone, travel to and from the airport for the right price, a taxi driver for what ever you need for the right price as well as help you find your property if you'd also like to buy something here in Medellin.
