This is old news, but El Tiempo offers RSS Feeds. They are in categories, so you only need choose the topics that interest you.
El Tiempo RSS
If you use Mozilla Thunderbird you alread have a nice RSS reader built in, and there are downloads to add an RSS reader to Mozilla Firefox as well as other browsers.
For those who like to get the news as soon as it IS news, RSS feeds are the way to go. I am sure news savvy PBH members like Tinto and Platano already know about this stuff, but perhaps it is something new to some of you.
Anyone else have a favourite Colombian related RSS Feed to post?

How EXACTLY does one ADD an RSS FEED to their Mozilla Browser? Details please. trying to walk a straight line on sour mash and cheap wine... 0 funny, 0 helpful. |

kernow62 says on Mar 15, 2006, 19:51: Go to the Mozilla Firefox site and look for Add-ons then navigate to newsreaders and pick the one that suits you. If you also use Thunderbird it has the Newsreader built in, and you just have to set up a newsgroup and add URLs to folders, I would just download the headers and summary if it is a busy feed otherwise your E-mails will take a little time to load.

kernow62 says on Mar 16, 2006, 19:57: You can drag and drop in some cases. Look for a little orange icon in the address bar which means there is a live feed from that page. The method I use is just click on the XML or RSS icon and copy the URL that appears in your address bar to your newsreader.
