el rodadero, santa marta

may i suggest to anyone who is in or going to santa marta to visit mi ranchito nautical and night club. it is in el rodadero at the end of the beach if you are looking out to sea, just before the water park and el rodadero itself. it used to be the best place to go to in its heyday but santa marta and especially el rodadero are no longer as fashionable or indeed beautiful as they used to be. anyway its still there and its still fun - during the day you can rent kayaks and visit playa blanca/playa de los nativos. at night you can do a bit of dancing and you may even spot carlos vives, who's been known to frequent that area of town. enjoy!
