Info She will definitely need the DS-156...and will need to take it to the bank when she plays for the interview fee. The DS-156K is only for K-1 beneficiaries. When my wife went to the bank to pay the fee, she was given a DS-157 and told to bring it with her to the embassy interview. I was surprised, as I was told that it was for males between the ages of 18 and 45. The bank might be in error, but I am not taking any chances and we completed the form anyway.
