Robinson is usually partying but he will answer his phone. Will he pick you up? Not if you are not going out with him and paying for his drinks at Mangos or at a whorehouse. But he will call someone else if he knows you.

He picked me up once at the airport and once, and when I was living in the states I needed a courier IMMEDIATELY and he was the only one I could call. It was 8PM. He was out partying but got someone else to do the job for me.

Many on this site know of him because he's a bilingual driver/tourguide with a big new Renault. Lots of people landing in Rio Negro airport for the first time want a bilingual driver with references, so he's popular on this site.

Well, Bernardo gave me a number but someone else of the net answered me, he said they switched their cell phones, and as you said Robinson didn´t answer but not a big deal
about it because those guys are highly recommended.
For the record... I´m not interested about partying or something like that... it is just business.

There are lots of bilingual drivers that people on the forums know.

My experiences with this guy were not good.
