Simon,

I am leaving a comfortable life in the States, to go to Colombia with only a couple of thousand dollars in my pocket, to start a business, that will bring money into the economy and employ Colombians.

I love Colombian and I love many things about it. But I also am disgusted with many things there.

The same way with my home town New Orleans.

However, I am not going to sugar coat what I think the problems are in Colombia, and I am going to be vocal about what they are and do my best to get them fixed and get Colombians to realize them, and help in the fixing of said problems.

After Katrina I worked 8 weeks 16 hours days to help get the communications network back up. I had to listen to horror stories, see people look for their missing family members, and see my hometown destroyed. I doubt you have ever had to experience any thing like that.

Why would a REAL Colombiano be in a forum like this one? there's no need unless you are a misfit that has to prove to foreigners your identity crisis. Is not very smart throwing stones when you live in a glass house.
IN COLOMBIA there's many people that are not afraid to speak their mind about the corruption the exist in the current government and at the same time condemning ALL violent armed groups be it left or right, JUSTICE, FREEDOM AND THE TRUTH HAVE NO SIDES, and if someone is so vociferous in demanding actions, do it at the source, not conveniently from afar where you can keep your hide safe, in any language that translates to cowardliness.

You live in Miami, which is full of latin women.

If you think it is easier to laid in the US than it is in Colombia. Well, I do not guess you get laid much in either place.

If Sapo is really from Italy, I doubt Colombia has given us a Pavorotti or a Bocelli. You cannot compare Carlos Vives or Juanes to those two. Plus, Cabas is by far more talented.
