No but they have the very educational cartoon network and disney channel available. Good god I will always keep my kids as far away from television as possible.

Smile if you are a thinker!

Yes, like watching those incredibly ridiculious telenovelas where everyone is a bad guy, everyone is having an affair and everyone is not really who you think they are.

These telenovelas are comparable to Passions....which is brain numbing crap. At least family guy is funny :-P

I LOVE FAMILY GUY Family Guy is awesome, of course, when you got nothing else to do. But I might have to agree with quinceaƱera, its better to enjoy life without the effects of new technology, or use it once in a while and not let it suck you in.

What about "Tripping the Rift"? I could perhaps move to Colombia if they show that. Best thing out of Canada IMHO.

Sorry, I don't know any shows the rest of you have mentioned. I really only watch tv on Sunday evenings when The Simpsons and The family Guy play.

Occassionally if I havea day off of work I'll watch Orpah too. Thats about it. Thats the onyl stuff I find worth watching on television these days.

I love The Simpsons. I watch reruns every night at 10 followed by Seinfeld. That's my nightly fix of tv. The telenovelas are absolute crapola. Doesn't anyone talk in a normal voice on those shows? Everyone's always hollering and screaming at one another. Anyone who tried to see what Latino family life was like by watching telenovelas - it'd be kinda like thinking all Italians were like The Sopranos.

Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult.

La Otra Raya del Tigre This one aired in Colombia in '93-'95 (I think )and it was one that I actually enjoyed. I remember thinking that it was more subtle drama than the overwrought overacted tacky telenovelas typically produced.

Anyone know of it?
