Does 'No lo se.' mean 'I don't know.' ?

just curious on a turn of phrase i think i'm misinterpreting....can someone tell me if No lo se means I don't know or if it means no...the context is something like

Tal vez nos demos una oportunidad mas, tal vez no. No lo se.

thanks for your continued help :-)

cheers

From my point of view, seeing all in context, it means there is still a possibility of a new opportunity.

I remember her. Something about having a boyfriend in Bogota but she lived in Dubai???

She probably looks like one of those horror movie images by now. Dead, dried up, covered in spider webs and dust, with hands on the keyboard waiting for an answer that never came.

I wanted access to health care, housing and education, but, no, I get potholes, trash and silicone tits instead. -Desi.

nice guys...i'm glad you have had a giggle at my expense :-P i haven't been on this site in ages, and rest assured i was neither waiting at my keyboard nor do i resemble a horror movie creature of any kind. i did enjoy this revival of ancient history though and got a giggle out of the comments too. glad to know the site is still going on and it seems thriving!
