Does Conavi charge for taking money out of a cajero outside of Colombia?

I ask as a friend is coming to visit us in the UK.

(A few banks here in the UK do not charge if current account cards are used to take money out of a cash machine abroad.)

Conavi doesn't exist anymore; it was bought by Bancolombia a while ago. Bancolombia charges COP 12000 per cash withdrawal at cash machines outside of Colombia. See here:

max withdrawl from bancolombia cajero I believe the max limit you can withdraw from the cajero at bancolombia is $1.200.000/day.
