I ask as a friend is coming to visit us in the UK.
(A few banks here in the UK do not charge if current account cards are used to take money out of a cash machine abroad.)

europeantraveler says on Jun 3, 2007, 11:42: Conavi doesn't exist anymore; it was bought by Bancolombia a while ago. Bancolombia charges COP 12000 per cash withdrawal at cash machines outside of Colombia. See here:
