My fiance just found out that he has a debt of 1500 dollars from singing for a cellphone for his ex's mom. She never paid it, so it is on his name. We are applying for the fiance visa. do you think this effects him getting the visa even though its not his fault?

Gator says on Sep 6, 2007, 18:10: No, a minor debt, which this is, will have no effect as long as the required visa financial support requirements are met. "Credidi pretio parvo emere et magno vendere tibi in animo fuisse!" . 0 funny, 0 helpful. |
