DOES ANYONE KNOW THIS AREA IN CALI?

Does anyone know the area riberas in cali? Is this south? Anyone that can tell me about this area? Is it safe, schools, etc?

I'm not familiar with a neighbourhood by that name. Perhaps one of the newer housing developments in the South? Or a gated community in Santa Rita/Aguacatal area? Billyb?

There is an apartment building called RIBERAS DEL AGUACATAL and it is very nice. I'd say the apartments run about 500 million pesos or about $250,000 U.S.
